 Alert Admin 		if the stock is trading at $0.115, and the strike of the warrant is $0.050, it is beneficial to exercise the warrant. That said, just because the current stock price is above the strike price doesn' t mean the  warrant  has to be exercised. If there is still lots of time until the warrant expires, holding onto the warrants may prove even more profitable
 
For example, if over the next year the stock rises to $1, the warrant has become more valuable.These warrants are a source of future capital. Stock warrants can last for up to 15 years

Boss Chan has showed his confidence in SeD by exercising all his 148 million warrants. This has injected a total of $6.7 million into the company immediately.  Good luck

Theoretically, if all the DSS convertible stock were exercised into ordinary shares, SeD would control a massive 78.7% of DSS' expanded share base.

Aside from the future progress of Impact Biomedical itself, SeD likely will enjoy upside through a successful listing of Impact Biomedical on a US stock exchange.
