x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Whoah! drop almost 1 cent today. Stoopid management unlock what value? Investors, especially the party with the 21 cent married deal must be foaming at the mouth now. And don' t talking about the stock making a comeback. It' s the immediate market reaction that determines whether the ex was a good one. Those holding pre-EAO till now all lost money. I suggest the best thing for us minor retailers to just keep it, go away and comeback after another shakeup or whatever shit-happening. The price to go back to above 20 cents again, but don' t know when.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If mgt is good n sincere, the major shareholders of the company like CEO, CFO & all mgt staff should not taken up the equal of 3.4%. This will enable all other shareholders better % of allotment. Better sell 1st or else more unhappy sharholders will throw. Some may even short the counter. Invest in better shares. (By the way any dividends given since ipo till now?)

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Since the mess has been done and over with, I think it will be better to hold if one has still not reached breakeven. I attended the EGM in December and I think the management is not as bad as they are made out to be. Wrong judgement in implementing the EAO though.

I think the realised gain for 3400shares should be 3400*(0.315-0.205) = $374 And if u dispose the bal of 96,600 at 0.191 then realised loss will be -$1352.50+$374= $978 MichaelSchenker      ( Date: 12-Jan-2017 21:21) Posted: I was  alloted a pathetic 3.5k shares out of 100,000 shares I am holding, which means 3.5% Mathematically. 3500 x 0.315 = $1,102.50 If I sold off market @ 0.191, 3500 shares would fetch $668.50 So, that means I got a nett gain of $434 (in lieu of a so-called special dividend) BUT, based on the principal sum, I lost $2068 due to this exercise. (my ave price of my 100 lots is $0.205, that is lower than the price when the EAO was first announced) Overall, loss is $2068 - $434 = $1,634 (I' m sure, all of us suffered losses too) And base on the date when the EAO was announced till today, most of us lost money, and that is supposed to be a " REWARD" for shareholders. Pathetic kind of stunt pulled off by incompetent management who naively thought it was a great idea.
