And there is some moratorium on when ? insiders ? can buy/sell. Would that mean they?d push up the prices till Aug/Sep before entering the market to liquidate some of their holdings? Globally, stock markets are expected to be rising high in 3rd quarter onwards.

The company indicated this position in its reply to SIAS in 2019. But for the daughter and her status, I am not so sure though. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	To me this company make-up is very simple. It has 4 business and one of them they are making an exit. Their business 1. Portfolio of income-earning assets (shops at City Plaza, Haig Rd and Sim Lim Square) where they collect rents. 2. Their single shop selling jewellery at Joo Chiat Complex, Golden Chance 3. Their portfolio of traded REITs that they are collecting dividends 4. The last one, their shops selling men and women wearables that they are pulling out cos they have lost their competitive edge. It is understandable. They have already closed all their shops in Malaysia and Singapore. So my take is that a good price projection for their share price will be their NAV which is 33 cents per share. This is a good estimate of where the share price can go. But there is another catalyst to this. If you pass by Paya Lebar and Bencoolen area now, you will see that many of their shops located at dilapidated City Plaza and Sim Lim Tower are in prime areas, which are potential to be en-bloc. And right now, both these dilapidated shopping mall can potentially be sold at a higher valuation that their recorded book price. This makes this company a potential gold mine in future. And also, I suspect that their REITs holding must be re-evaluated upwards in the current period as most of the REITs they are holding have appreciated in value. And also they need to re-value their gold holdings higher. So another catalyst. So wait and be patient for all the good things to come. Their company can be easily liquidated and their current NAV of 33 cents is the best target price for this company. My part 2, I will share some hindsights on their warrant issue. I will share here some other day.
