The Board is pleased to announce that on 8 March 2016, the SGX-ST granted the Company an extension of time of up to 12 months to 4 March 2017 to meet the requirements for removal from the Watch-List. For the financial year ended 31 December 2015 (&ldquo FY2015&rdquo ), the Group recorded a pre-tax profit of RMB 4,930,000 based on its management accounts , excluding exceptional or non-recurrent income and extraordinary items. The Company is actively exploring options to increase its market capitalisation to S$40 million or more over 120 market days. Cacola FY2015 Financial Result For FY2015 ended 31 December 2015, our total revenue increased by 162.8% compare to FY2014, back to normal level before the tightened credit policy introduced by Chinese Government for property market. The policy has been relaxed from the 2nd half of FY2015. As a result, our sales orders have recovered and better utilisation rate of our factory has been revealed. The management is confident to maintain operating profit for the furniture business in order to enhance shareholders&rsquo value. On 12 December 2015, the Company entered into a Binding MOU with GR Business Holdings Limited to acquire 3 gold mines Geghi Gold LLC, Vayk Gold LOC and Vardani Zartong Ltd at a total consideration of SGD$601,000,000.00. Cacola 3Q15 Financial Result For the third quarter ended 30 September 2015 (&ldquo 3Q2015&rdquo ), our total revenue increased by RMB 16.8m compare to 3Q2014, back to normal level before the tightened credit policy introduced by Chinese Government for property market. The said policy has been relaxed in the 2nd half of FY2015, as a result, our orders have been recovered and better utilisation rate of our factory has been revealed. The Group&rsquo s overall gross profit margin has also been increased to over 13% as the Group valued added design was provided to our customers thus the selling price ahs been improved. The persistent drop in turnover in the China local market has seems to cease as the local government relaxed their credit policy to home buyers. This in turn had a positive impact on the furniture industry as more homemakers acquires furniture. Profit/(Loss) after income tax (Rmb' 000) 3Q15= +4,756 3Q14= -5,119 9Q15= -938 9Q14= -24,710 Following the termination of the Sale and Purchase Agreement with Sharp Year Ventures, the Board would like to inform shareholders that it is in the process of seeking other potential opportunities and proposals that will enhance its financial position and provide a basis to support its application to the SGX-ST for the extension of time to be removed from the Watch-List, and subsequent removal from the Watch-List.
