I m not a trader and cannot read technical charts. what i do have is the patience to hold and wait. i dun mind holding bw for 6 mths, 1 year, 3 years unless fraud has been proven or funny things like finance dept start to run away, etc. so sellers need to sell, and at the right price, i will just buy and hold

But with recent news and events, it' s inevitable that it will go south when it resumes trading, at least in the short term  Longists may choose to hold for long term while risking more exposure of lapses from the company. Shortists have their own risk too, though at this point, much lower than longists.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I do not own any BW, and only bystander - but looking at the SGX statements and news coming out of China - I think this one Game Over.  No one will believe in this dream anymore, and especially since it is an MLM selling cosmetics, unlike property counters which own physical land and buildings that have an intrinsic value.

Then when the dust settles, i.e. no proven fraud, shortists cover positions. I respect shortists(shortsellers also part of stock mkt) but I think those who simply just follow BR/VV to short BW has to be careful also as BR/VV are also not entirely transparent e.g. how much they short, when they start to short, etc.   Shifu8888      ( Date: 14-May-2019 10:27) Posted: The MAIN PROBLEM for both short-sellers is that the cash at bank of $170m in BW is real. They had been distributing cash dividends every year. Their NTA per share is not high due to cash being distributed consistently (retained earnings drawn down to give dividends). Loan at $1.4m. Also they NEVER raise funds from equity (new shares, warrants of rights) or debt instruments (bonds). Nothing fundamentally wrong. Sgx is actually (protecting) bw by suspending it. Clear the shitty and this time round, shortists may be burn real hard.
