All eyes on Brazil. Need to demonstrate that cost over run is in controlled and accrued in its previous write offs for the stock to propel back to $1 region. Upside potential is huge but short term confidence is low. Long term wise if the healthy order winning trend continues, it will eventually rebound back to healthy margin like how it had after IPO.

the earning per share is sadly only 4.32cents during the 9M 2013 compare to 9M 2010 16.58cents 2010 18.06cents or 2012 14.15cents.

seems unlikely to pay dividend. if give would be very small.
