x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I also wonder how the px of capitaland at 3.50 is arrived.  It shd not be based on current mkt px.  Mkt is irrational.  But a deal shd reflect the true value of all entities involved in the deal.  In other words, dealing shd be ' at-arms-length' basis.  So, they have to be answerable to minorities, n investor rep, if any.  N since both are govt coys, will AGO have a say?  N will controlling shareholders abstain from voting at the EGM to ensure ' arms-lenght'   dealing n transparency?
