UOB KH 20 Sep 2022 ComfortDelGro Corporation (CD SP) Exclusion From The STI Recovery Remains On Track CD has been replaced from the STI with Emperador, in line with expectations. Rail ridership remained on track in Aug 22 as most COVID-19 measures have been removed. Taxi passenger demand continues to grow despite a shortage of taxi drivers. CD is expected to face lower profitability as bus service revenue drops from the Downtown Line&rsquo s transition. We opine that there is some upside at current price levels. Maintain BUY with a lower SOTP-based target price of S$1.63.

Overhang over. Wait for more analysts updates. Quite a lot of analysts coverage with high TP. So far only DBS gave an update on the removal of the overhang.

During the last 10 days many uncles have picked liew lian from 1.38 to 1.40 but some have cut loss when BBs created fear by dumping down. BBs are not likely to do charity by pushing up to allow the uncles to take profits. Possibilities are (1) hold on to the currect price to unload slowly and discreetly, thereafter drop the price to make the uncles to cut loss while they buy back low. This is why you always see BBs pump - hold stable - drop
(2) Given that the whole world is likely to drop next week in view of Fed, and that Monday it is out of STI, BB is might drop the price to say 1.37 to create fear to make the uncles cut loss. I think they will likely suppoet 1.36 because if it break, themselves will lose their underwears. For the immediaye few days, possibility (1) is more likely. My personal opinion only.

Yesterday D-1, the gigantic volumn of transaction was scary.
It was so clear that the desperator BBs Inc had so much to sell be ause they were so greedy to insist on selling high (1.38 & above) thus not able to clear even 10% of their holdings 🤣 ! Last minute yesterday when the market opened all pa ic still holding so many rotten potatos. So the desperators decided to gang up to do a super pump to 1.42 hoping that they can dump all from 1.41, to 1.40, then to1.39, and then to1.38. This was what happened before the market close. Undortu ately not many uncles (except that troll) were queuing to buy because most were already broke. So by 5pm, the desperators still hold a lot unsold. Looking at the .arket depth, the desperators realised that of they were to sell all in the losing match, the losing price would be 20 cents 🥵 !!! Out of no choice, the desperadprs de ided they should buy the potatos from their customers' portfolio themselves...and in order that they an answer to their ustomers (investors), they no choice buy to buy high 😖 So the desperatos are still holding a lot of porotos. I am sure they will continue to pump and then get rid of them by dumping high. If my guess is correct, still can play man 🙄 .But make sure dont chase when they pump. SELL more to them !!!🤣 🤣 🤣 |
