If go to Hanwha, this implies that it had paid 0.25 for each warrant i.e. 0.40 (mother) - 0.15 (conversion price) =0.25, still have some premium over present warrant price of 0.22. Buy son is more worthwhile as it is limited edition and major SH must get hold of the warrants in order to maintain their share holding !!!
