No contracts and not far fetched to say that with the same management and fixed costs, we will be seeing $1.3b losses each year for next 2 years at least. It will be trading at 1ct if it is still around (assuming no rights) in 2 years time. Temasek knows many of the 15B shares are held by long term, retired pensioners.  Temasek wants to give an opportunity for these and other naive investors to bail out at 8c. 2.
