When the public see the price rise, it is already too late to accumulate, the real bbs are the ones quietly collecting below the radar, they are the one who release the news so they can sell to retailers. That's right, news are prearranged in advance for this kind of action, that is where the quote ' sell on news ' come from. Nowadays u see alot of 'good' news from medical counters, all end up sold down
