See my previous post, I predict Nam Cheong will get around 26 of vessel order for 2014.  Up to date 16-Aug, total sales order for shipbuidling is 18. Now plus another 8 vessels sales order in September, total sales will be 26. Coming October, November & December will have order too.  Target price: RM 0.56 is not a dream.

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Nam Cheong has secured sale contracts for three vessels worth a total of US$41m, on the back of five vessel sales to PT BBR that was secured during the same month. This brings the total orders in Sep to eight which are collectively worth about US$126m. One 5,150 BHP AHTS vessel was sold to a Norway-based repeat customer, Vega Offshore Group. Orders for two 6,500 BHP AHTS vessels were also from repeat customers. With these contracts, Nam Cheong?s order book stands at about RM1.9b. OK, Lets take 15% of profit margin, which is RM156 million gross profit margin for coming Q3 & Q4. Gross Profit for 2014 Q1 is RM77.2milion & Q2 is RM60.4million. Overall gross profit margin for year 2014 is  293.6milion! Please remember that this is only for shipbuilding segment, and I only choose 15% of gross profit margin. The higher profit margin from Vessel Chartering sector is not included yet. p/s:  I have some latest info regarding thier new vessel charetering, share with you all next time.  Overall gross profit margin for year 2013 is  236.9million, an increase of 23% of gross profit margin if compare to coming 2014.  Q3 & Q4 will be very busy for them. The beauty of this forum is that those who know things going on  behind the scenes, have witnessed them, or have out of the box thinking come in to share. I think I can understand how shareholders feel sometimes when they have bought and now they hear negative things.      Fully understand.      But if we sweep everything under the carpet and pretend everything is fine, I think we are the ones who stand to lose.
