Usually at the beginning of rate hike cycle, like the first few rate hikes, market continues to go up, as if bo dai chi. Then after that, if rate hikes continue, then crash. We are the the end of the first few rate hikes now. So market may enter into a transition period. ie, it is topping out now. Singapore as usual, will follow US markets and DOUBLE down. ( Can' t escape from my radar ) Some Peoples so scare I alert buyer to avoid buying in-order for the price pushing up. ( Even if I' m wrong, so what ?
