x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	in the webcast, CEO said no more manpower shortage. all projects to be executed in 2022 have provisions provided in last year provisions. even the inflation risks are hedged. more contract wins and revenues for 2022. merger will strengthen SCM to be the next power house . 2022 is the turning point for SCM.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	according to webcast, SCM still has $1 billion cash. SCM is going to collect money for 3 -4 completed projects before june 2022. it means SCM will have cash of at least $1.5 - 2 billions cash after June 2022. No need for RI anymore.

Its already been clarified that SCM will not be paying anything towards the merger, and that the new entity will cough up the money. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Since Keppel is so sure about the deal going through, and it's on a buying spree, l don't discount the possibility that it will either merge based on NAV or just take over SM at NAV, then list the new entity under a new name. SM is not as hopeless as many made it out to be. It has a BIG CASH HOARD and more cashflows are gushing in, most importantly, in a thriving industry, the concern about contracts is unfounded. SM is an unpolished DIAMOND. Only difference, My meat is your Poison, a happy outcome, otherwise everyone will end up with the same wife. 🤔 🤔 🤔
