Or do you mean that after the bonus and piggybacks are 100% exercised.. the enlarged share capital will be 45 billon shares. If Peter Lim owns 23 billion other shareholders account for 22 billions shares so technically he owns 51% of the enlarged Company. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	As far as I understand from the 700 page Circular to shareholders. He is not entitled to any bonus warrants. Sgx ruling... He cannot hold more than 90% of the issued share capital. If supposedly has bonus warrants and exercised them.. then it contravenes the ruling. So in this case, we should not wait for him to exercise the warrants as he does not have any.. he already owns approximately 23 billion shares.. With 2billion in cash they can turn Thomson into one of the biggest healthcare players in S.E.A. My opinion is Peter lim being a shrewd investor will definitely take Thomson to greater heights. I would want to be in that same boat. A shrewd businessman should be able to utilise 2 billion to make 5 billion, 10billion?
