x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Why are you so worked up? Looking at your past posts you are actively promoting this stock. Any reasons? We are all here to learn about share trading and all information I have mentioned are publicly announced and available. It is just to highlight why certain counter' s share price is what it is currently trading. It is a very open market. golden_SGX      ( Date: 23-Aug-2015 21:01) Posted: 3 years of consecutive negative operating cash flow? Why did you not mention Tritech had also more than a decade of consecutive positive operating cash flow with impressive yoy growth !!!  Yes, from its begining in 1999 to 2012, almost 12 consecutive yrs of profit & yoy growth !!! You must be telling lies because of your ignorance in the past. Beside, the 1st & 2nd year of loss are due to incurred cost from setting up the two business segments: water & resources. The cost includes the building of 5 mega membrane factory in Qingdao, the purchase of the huge Kelantan Quarry Site. the M& A of subsidiaries co.   this first 2 yrs are paper lost, only, while the engineering group still remained on profitable track!!! Just look who is one of the director of Tritech group - Prof. Yong, who happens also to be the director of both LTA & BBR group. How can things go wrong? And the 3rd yr of loss are mainly attributed to the finished contract from downtown line. Only can we see profits come in again from the numerous contract from thomson line. Also the water group only has a disappointing $18mil+ revenue only, based on the full yrs result but it shld rise dramatically since the 5 mega membrane factory is fully operational now. And Terratech is doing well with 2 major contracts secured ($18mil+ & $52mil+). This type of stocks is not popular compare to financial or property stock so still remain at the bottom. But even if Tritech is in positive cash flow now it will still be in red like the other counters. For instance in 2009, it was a great yr for Tritech - profitable & gives dividend but still it was trading below IPO px. hfjdhy      ( Date: 23-Aug-2015 19:48) Posted: Not necessary one needs to hold or no holdings to buy or sell the stock. However, Tritech Group has meat to short as their NAV is only 11.66 cents a share and the parent is saddled with S$25.5 million current loans with only S$17 million of cash available, it may go to below S$10 cents a share. This is coupled with 3 years of consecutive negative operating cash flows and the 1st qtr results still shows negative operating cash flows. Hard financial figures does not lie.

Share price does not tell lies, especially Terratech from IPO 23 cents shot down to below 6 cents is the worst performing IPO in 2014.  3 years of negative operating cash flows and auditors never trigger the Emphasis of Matter. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	firstly, tritech needs to improve their results.. making losses for so many qtrs already.. that day when they push to 130, got a big boss already ask to buy on friday..monday open 123 and went up to 130 everytime it goes up, too many sellers..then go back even lower coz pple force sell and give up Really need some solid coporate actions like big fund investments (already no news liao USD3billion).. say until so much, no update.. chee b*e

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	yes, Tritech website is outdated, the design format has not change for more than 8 yrs now ... But its going to change very soon !!! Only the news from the Engineering Group is not updated ... But other subsidiaries from the Water & Environmental Group and the Resource Group, their website are constantly being updated !!! Check it out. treetops      ( Date: 20-Aug-2015 14:01) Posted: This share been doing quite well between 2009 to 2012. When reaching 2013, it has been on the down side and no dividend was call for. Their website also outdated, no much news from their company but they make a wise move to Catalist board in year 2014. With 4 local securities holding substainable stake in this share, there should still have some interest and upside  but may be limited. =)
