Also if mgmt is prop up the price, it mean there are no support at 11cts.  After this payment the mgmt don' t need to prop it, sure drop.  Also shortists love this sort of coy.  Weak business and lots of loan.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Had a quick look at the CLA.  Beside having to pay interest in cash if interest conversion price goes below 11cts, are there any other clauses linked to this 11cts? The coming interest payment is $0.5mil.  A 7-10mil shares per day pop-up needs $0.8 to 1.1mil per day.  Doesn' t make sense to spend a few mil to few half of a mil. What did I missed?

Now you know why the support is at 11 cents. Why did you not mention Tritech had also more than a decade of consecutive positive operating cash flow with impressive yoy growth !!!  Yes, from its begining in 1999 to 2012, almost 12 consecutive yrs of profit & yoy growth !!! You must be telling lies because of your ignorance in the past. Beside, the 1st & 2nd year of loss are due to incurred cost from setting up the two business segments: water & resources. The cost includes the building of 5 mega membrane factory in Qingdao, the purchase of the huge Kelantan Quarry Site. the M& A of subsidiaries co.   this first 2 yrs are paper lost, only, while the engineering group still remained on profitable track!!! Just look who is one of the director of Tritech group - Prof. Yong, who happens also to be the director of both LTA & BBR group. How can things go wrong? And the 3rd yr of loss are mainly attributed to the finished contract from downtown line. Only can we see profits come in again from the numerous contract from thomson line. Also the water group only has a disappointing $18mil+ revenue only, based on the full yrs result but it shld rise dramatically since the 5 mega membrane factory is fully operational now. And Terratech is doing well with 2 major contracts secured ($18mil+ & $52mil+). This type of stocks is not popular compare to financial or property stock so still remain at the bottom. But even if Tritech is in positive cash flow now it will still be in red like the other counters. For instance in 2009, it was a great yr for Tritech - profitable & gives dividend but still it was trading below IPO px.
