You are probably one of those  " young master" who aren' t  bothered about 15-20% paper loss. But  be honest lah many  have been disappointed time and again till some  have given up. Please do not  make fun  of other people' s loss.  If you think it is  fine to add insult to injury I leave it up to you. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Why buy Sri Trang Agro shares? 1) Increased selling price of natural rubber 2) Increased sales volume of natural rubber cuz competitors closed down or have difficulty due covid 3) Average selling price of glove increased for Q3  4) Glove demand and orders will maintain till 2021 or even 2022, even if vaccine are out, gloves is still needed at all places 5) Expansion on glove production is undergoing. 6) Sri Trang Group has almost all resources on its own. Rubber Plantation, Glove Factories, and even Machineries/Engineering to setup and expand its glove productions (known to us via the most recent announcement on related companies transaction),  7) Great cashflow and also holding ample current assets as shown in H1 financial statement. 8) Huge revenues and net profit shown in H1 financial statement, which is comparable to Top Glove, and even better than Medtec/UG/Riverstone 9) With all of the above, expect strong Q3 result from sales of natural rubber and gloves (despite only at 50~56%, at increased vol and pricing), and low expenditure incurred on glove production expansion plan (expenses will be recorded at cost, due related companies transaction) 10) Share price is low at S$ 1.10 now! While TG is above S$ 8, and Medtecs/UG/RS above S$ 1.50.  11) Recent stock movement and price action has been minimal, BB on the sideline watching the shorties and traders cutting loss/taking profit.  12) Chart trend will soon be out of the cloud under the ichimoku analysis (thanks to user Ichimoku) 13) Expect anytime price to surge back to $1.3x or even higher once the BB are back in action !! Marginal players will always do best at the margin but things will fall off much earlier. The big players (like STA and Top Glove) typically had a 4 to 5 month forward order book prior to the pandemic (so 2Q largely reflects pre-pandemic orders except at the margin.) Ultimately their profits lag the pandemic and will stay elevated for much longer. So sticking with long term customers I see more as ' corporate responsibility' rather than ' social responsibility' .  In any case, it shouldnt be a surprise. The H1N1 crisis in 2009/10 turned out in exactly the same manner. I  support social responsibility but growing concern of increasing paper loss  which  affects majority  shareholders  (of course there are minority  who aren' t bothered by 20%  loss). Luckily they start to increase ASP  significantly from July  because listing of STGT reduces  30% stake in  gloves  biz. With  much higher ASP from July, at least  STA can see possibility of Q3 profits higher than  Q2. Daily price drop  sad to see....so just had to say my very truthful sentiment.
