x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	now i have a clearer picture liao smm proposes 5 for 1 rights issue at 20 cts each,  sci will subscribe fully to the smm shares which they entitled to. once the rights have been fully issued, SCI will distribute this smm rights to existing sci shareholder (ranging from 427 to 490 shares foc), and pls note that Tamasek is to be abstained from voting for the distribution in spiece. correct me if i m wrong
