x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes the profit margin dropped slightly for Q2 mainly due to higher material cost and lower ASP of methylamine. If you calculate the avg production volume for 1H and project it forward, the revenue for Q3 will be around 350-400m RMB (assuming 20 days of maintenance and 10 days of half capacity during the flood) while the revenue for Q4 will be a whooping 450-500m RMB. This is of course based on the DMF and methylamine price currently. So, the 2H profit is likely to match 1H of 2021 at about 900m RMB. I do not see any significant head wind in terms of DMF pricing and possibly positive such as production expansion. I have collected one batch before previous dividend at mid 80s and I just added another batch today at 89 to take opportunity of price weakness. I expect today' s price to be at the bottom range for remaining months of the year barring any unforeseen global correction. ( In the past, got many S-chip scams. ) So once they see price is not going up, they quickly dump their shares in fear. Share go run down from 10 cents to 8.3 cents... immediately after ex-dvidends and the director' s sale of the share. 2nd quarter result is lower than 1st quarter and with the ambigous statement on approval of new plant and the current over drive in China regulatory the flood  ..  Not encouraging.  P/E looks good but discounted by the fact it is S Chip and China based(recent rout of China counters).. probably can stay by the sideline and wait.

Dividend FY 2020 - no dividend 1Q - declared dividend of 0.35 cents 2Q - no dividend Expect another dividend of 0.5 cents to be declared end of year. If that is so, the dividend yield for the full year would be 0.85/9.4 would be around 8.9% Note, the dividend for 2nd half is an expectation. May or may not happen.
