x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	IMHO share swap is probably the only option that is acceptable i.e. if  SMM sh get KC' s share also (and vice versa). Both KC/SMM shares will be diluted. But at least SMM sh get something. But after merger, both counters can tank also if market doesn' t like it. Take over, SMM will have to find $. If it' s issuing shares to KC, then SMM share will really go to 5 cents. I still maintain merger or take over the condition is ideal atm (unless someone takes over SMM again I don' t think TH will allow foreign co to do that. So left only KC. Is KC capapble? I thought merged company will just issue new (entity' s) shares to SMM and KOM shareholders with quantity depending on how much each are valued? So, if SMM has cash and assets valued more than KOM, then maybe SMM shareholders will get 5 and KOM will get 1, new shares.
