The relevant announcement mentioned that there will be an independent valuer report, however, with EPS and NTA as per documented, any value above NTA is at best intangible value such as future possible earning etc. As a shareholder I will be watching the development closely.

After taking a closer look at the numbers, this appears to be a very bad deal for share holders. The price is just too high to pay.  I have high regards on Geo' s corporate governance, however, with this, I have second thoughts.
