If there is any slightest indication of such support forthcoming or even just discussions, that will help to put some of the bond holders at ease at the Nov 9 meeting. Cross fingers.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My sense is that after almost 2 years of struggle, O&G companies have more or less adjusted themselves to the harsh environment. What they need now is liquidity to finance project deliveries. There is definitaley serious lacking of investment into oil exploration activities over the same period and it will eventually make a comeback. Singapore government proposed lifeline will be just what the industry needs. With the injection of liquidity, bond holders and banks will also be more reassured and hence the market will get a liftup in overall sentiment. Should OPEC finally managed to get some form of agreement on the cut, the tide will turn. In the meantime, 9 Nov will be most crucial - result of US Presidential Election and Ezra mtg with Bond Holders and then Ezion's release of its Q3 result on 10 Nov. Reault of downstream players such as China Aviation and KrisEnergy are encouraging.
