Lucky to have collect more @ .114c to .12c before ystdy surge ... hope to see it like Ying Li or Rowsley. BTW, ystdy surge is only the First Tranche of cash injection from the S$26.38 million Investment, more to come.

Many shortist caught by surprise today .... shortist forced to cover and buy up together, this explained the surge! from 117 up 19 to 136 and during pre-close matching time, shostist were forced to buy @ 0.136 & not @ 0.135! let' s wait & see if there' s CDP buying-in on T+3 |

Tritech more uptrend ... the scheduled to remit payment of the First Tranche coming in soon. Under the terms of the Agreement, Zhong Xu Kang Yi will inject RMB 120,000,000 (equivalent to approximately S$26.38 million based on anexchange rate of RMB4.5491 : S$1.00 as at 20 August 2015) in cash as paid-up capital of the Company&rsquo s wholly-owned subsidiary 三 泰 万 维 思 源 (青 岛 )健 康 科 技 有 限 公 司 (Tritech Vavie Health Care Technologies Co. Ltd.) (" Tritech Vavie" ) in exchange for a 60% share holding inTritech Vavie (the " Proposed Investment" ).

Need to do solid homework and comprehensive due diligence on their announcements to make money in this Company trading either buy of sell. It is already shown in the announcements that they need to pay at 10% discount on the share price (trading on 21 September) to the convertible loan interest payments as at 21 September (which is the half yearly interest payments) in shares to those 13 clowns. It was about 13 to 13.2 cents so 10% discount should be 11.6 to 11.8 cents. Once issued, those 13 clowns need to sell their shares to receive interest income in cash. What a way to make easy money doing long and short at the right time and trade both ways. |
