Have u attended an egm. before? It is to pass the various resolution set.. Unless u r a substantial shareholder who wish to veto against these resolutions. EGMs r actually a non-event unless u walso wish to catch a glimpse of the various directors. Do not waste time on the small battles and focus on the War.

What kind of flawed logic is that - No news means no good news. That also means no bad news right? A person who chooses to see the glass half empty will always continue to look at the glass from the proportion that is empty. Even if it is 90% filled, he/she will say - It is 10% empty and not full yet. Don' t you read the company announcements to SGX? Do your own homework and don' t expect others to do for you. If your intent is to discuss the outcome, then you should state your own point of view and seek opinions for a fruitful discussion, and not expect others to initiate it. Good, if you think is bad news, then run for your life. I already have queues in place at 7, 6, 5, 4 and 3.
