The Gold industry has a total of 51 stocks, with a combined market cap of $534.47 billion, total revenue of $95.19 billion and a weighted average PE ratio of 24.42. According to Sac Capital recent analysis report of CNMC it' s PE ratio is only 7.5 for FY2025E n 6.5 for FY2026E. This makes CNMC looks cheap n attracted buyers from BBs n retailers alike.

Yesterday when bb match 99.5c open I already guessed there will be directors tempted to sell , why not? They are humans also. They sold 40c , 60c before , if you got follow miners around the world , it is common ceo / ssh/ directors sell:)

Yesterday, CNMC can easily shoot past $1 if not for SSH sold 2m shares at an average price of 98.5c. This actually helped shortists to cover some of their loses. The good news is despite this SSH selling gold continues to power forward, thus CNMC price keep powering forwards becoz other BBs r accumulating. CNMC still cheap compares to other gold stocks worldwide. | ||||

Gold/silver prices continue to rise is a sure thing as long as global central banks keep increasing the percentage of their holdings in favour of the falling USD. The US$37 trillion debt problem in US is a very big concern which turns many big investors n financial institutions to increase gold in their portfolio.

Gold prices surged to a fresh record near $3,690 per ounce, as investors weighed stronger-than-expected US economic data and looked ahead to the Federal Reserve?s policy decision on Wednesday. August retail sales rose more than anticipated, while import prices posted their largest increase in seven months, defying expectations for a slight decline. Despite the resilient data, signs of a cooling labor market have strengthened expectations that the Fed will deliver a 25bps rate cut?the first since December?and potentially signal an easing cycle extending into 2026. Markets will closely watch the Fed?s quarterly Summary of Economic Projections, including the dot plot, along with Chair Jerome Powell?s press conference for clues on the policy outlook. Meanwhile, gold has already rallied 40% this year, supported by trade and geopolitical tensions, robust central bank demand, and sustained ETF inflows. |

Be patient, BBs absorbing the shortists and profit takers. If can burst up above 98 or close today at 98, high chance it will pump up above 100 tmr subject to gold continue to surge past 3729.. If late afternoon gold price indeed do, shortists beware kenna short squeeze...
