looking past Tritech' s tradings .... I supposed the 1st tranche has been injected on 12 Oct, 2015 and the 2nd tranche also has been injected on following day 13 Oct, 2015, coz from previous closed @ 136 it open @ 140 & hit high @ 142. Maybe we are only now waiting for the 4th & 5th Tranches which is 5x more than 1st & 2nd Tranches ! |

In summary, Zhong Xu Kang Yi will inject S$26.38 million in cash as paid-up capital of the Company&rsquo s wholly-owned subsidiary Tritech Vavie Health Care Technologies Co. Ltd. in exchange for a 60% shareholding in Tritech Vavie. Schedule of payments: 20 Sep 2015 RMB10,000,000 (1st Tranche) 10 Oct 2015 RMB10,000,000 (2nd Tranche) 20 Oct 2015 RMB50,000,000 (3rd Tranche) 31 Oct 2015 RMB50,000,000 (4th Tranche) 3rd & 4th Tranche is 5x bigger than 1st & 2nd Tranche, and they may inject 2nd, 3rd & 4th Tranche altogether since 31 Oct 2015 is approaching. besides this, there' s even the bigger good news of Tritech has secured a BOT project in wastewater treatment plant in an industrial park in China ... and shares of Tritech are trading higher for the past 3 days before ystdy flushing. why flushing ?

problem is, everytime it heads up, other bbs will sell while the other pumps up. It can' t even stabilise itself at 0.13x Anyway, buy 0.11x sell 0.13x wash rinse and repeat |

there was no problem, just a minor delay in the payment of the 1st Tranche due to Zhong Xu Kang Yi having to settle certain administrative arrangements and The Company has no objection to the delay .... the 1st tranche has been injected on 12 Oct, 2015 I believed, now waiting for the 2nd tranche.

BB use the fire host to do the flushing no wonder it was lau sai this morning. Hope things had stabilised. Someone mentioned it has happened before receiving the first injection and now same story before 2nd injection. Jialet one
