They say Right share 3$ MCB 1$ But it is now traded SIA R 0.66$ and MCB as 0.001 So that means 3$ worth is just 0.66 ? and 1$=0.001? If SIA R is that low in the market, should I buy my rights of at 3$ in the ATM? why should I buy that? What is the difference between the rights share/MCB traded and the one we can apply through ATM and buy (for 2 shares=3 rights share) Can you please anyone explain. I am confused.

BAsed on the last closing price before right shares and bond entitlement ceases , it is $6.  So one is entitled to buy the mother shares using the right share at additional $3 with the value of $1 for the right share. For every 2 mother share one is entitled to get 3 right share. Hence, the value is [3 x $(3+1) + 2 x $6 ] / 5 = 4.80?  TERP is $4.40  (derive from 2x 6.50 + 3 x $3 divided by 5). thought the right shares also has $1 value? IS there any other dilution factor that I didnt include?

Actually now many good bargins out there, not a bad idea to cut loss here and shift to another counter that' s a real blue chip.
