More for us to rant and joke rather than make any serious money from FH, and I am just as guilty ranting over nothing much here. The serious money is in SH by far. Many of the earlier joint (and big) investors here know that, at least we got a bit luckier to cover FH. No more serious institutions are going in here, only existing ones wanting out at any higher levels. Let me project 12 mths to Sep 2024. Many here would have pocketed the div of 3c or 3.5c, deluded to think share will explode to 70c or 1.05 right away. I can assure you most here will be even more confused in Sept 2024 than now. Because half of the DI would have been unwounded. Other half would likely be stuck as a distressed forced rollover. The NPL provisions would be a higher proportion than now, or some forced liquidation taking place, Company might even end up with a pile of end buyer apartment titles of stuck properties. And with lotsa cash in company, with no strong cash inflow yet out of all their rojak of announced funds, let alone any track record to attract large big name investors. Any large investor who studies the most recent presentation, can see that the CN DI reeks of ah long characteristics. Somewhere between Market St Chettiars & Sub bank Finance Companies. Serious investors really need to watch their developments on their global aims, after the last 18 mths of grandious announcements. Forget about their NTA or PER, institutions are not looking at it, while we seem deluded over that. The big honeymoon is now over. Time to show real progress. Or just joke here over nothing much while it hovers back to 39c ex div in Sept 2024.......haha. No malice met to all and myself. Just being realistic over this dulled no volume stock. PS: this share will start to shine in 5 yrs time. If I' m not wrong, even our 3 big banks traded at below book value most of the time in the past. They only go above 1.0 P/B in these last few years. After YZJFH shows that it can consistently give good returns & good dividends despite headwinds, its current P/B of 0.34 should adjust upwards.  Personally, I' m happy if the price is pressed down. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' m optimistic.......maybe over positive.........looking at 3.5c dividend. 1st half is about 1.7 or 1.8c already. 2nd half better or equal, means total at least 3.5 or more mah. Let us hope for it!

If the next dividend is above 3.2 cents, I think the next base price could even be 40 cents.
