x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	For Sis Cucina, Bro Koala and other forumers Comparing AEM, Frencken & UMS AEM - 4.66/3.60(-22.7%) - (+17.2%)4.22/3.28(-23%) - 3.83(+16.7% from 3.28 low)) Frencken -  1.43/1.13(-21%) - (+35.3%)1.59/1.35(-15%) - 1.92(+42% from 1.35 low) UMS - 1.40/1.03(-26.4%) - (+43.6)1.48/1.26(-14.8%) - 1.55(+23%) One look at the 3 charts(without calculation) I dont like AEM( lower high lower low), whereas Frencken and UMS has  higher high and higher low(ingredients of a uptrending stock) From the most recent rally Frencken is up the most +42%, follow by UMS +23% and last is AEM +16.7% Based on TA Frencken is best and worse performer is AEM(if I am not wrong the last result it missed expectation). Rental cant be much different as they are just 2 or 3 stalls apart.  If above 2 stalls are two companies stock listed in SGX, one will probably buy the one that has long queue consistently, higher sales volume, assuming same cost. Others may say the one with higher margin may make more because we dont know the volume differences of how many peices sold by each, so either thoughts may be correct. Now, what if the longer queue stall is the one that price its products at 90 cents, I guess you know now which stock to buy. You know what, the 90cents per piece stall is the one with longer queue. Thats 28.5% different wor and yet it has more sales then the cheaper one. Good things dont come cheap, cheap things doesnt mean good. Good and cheap is undervalued. Same for stock, dont buy just because its cheap unless you know for sure is undervalue butter if not unlock also no use.  Thats why I often use the higher high high low theory to identify a uptrending stock as people are willing to pay and lower high lower low to idenfity a downtrending stock because people no longer willing to pay for this stock.. I have also been eyeing that stall and I asked myself izzit becoz their sauce is generous and thick unlike most other Rojak stalls which offer you a written-down watery prawn paste sauce. One day I will try and know the answer. At Ghim Moh hawker centre, there is one stall offering roast duck, roast meat and cha siew which without fail always have a super long queue during lunch time. I told myself one fine day when market is boring and time is not an issue, I will go and queue and maybe go a bit later to avoid the lunch crowd. So that one fine day finally came and I got to taste that so called famous sibeh popular and sibeh long queue roast meat stall. And what was my reaction when I sank my teeth into all 3 types of meat ? My reaction was...... why der fug did all those people waste their precious lunch time to queue for this so-so roast meat ??? The taste was only average and nothing to scream about  and certainly does not have that premium X-Factor value which will make me willing to drive 20 km just to have it. I didnt drive 20 km to eat this by the way. I live in the West and Ghim Moh is a 5-min drive from where I am. And although I go to Ghim Moh once or twice a week, I never bothered to take a 2nd look at that roast meat stall ever again. Back to why do so many people queue at this stall during lunch time ? My answer - herd mentality. People see a long queue they conclude must be good. So they queue too. And after queueing so long to get their food, to justify the time spent queueing, they tell themselves it is good. Good luck to them then. Otherwise just like a real food stall or drinks stall, if you suka suka open and suka suka dont open and one week open 1 or 2 days only and no fixed opening days but based on suka suka one, your regular customers when they come by one day you not open and then the next time they come by again on another day you also not open and some customers will try a 3rd time and if still not open then they will give up on your stall leow and stop coming. There is a very nice carrot cake stall in Redhill Hawker Centre. His stall used to be opened regularly. But of late, many times I noticed his stall was closed. Then one day when he was opened, I thought once and for all try to catch his schedule and so we asked him what are his opening hours and rest day. He said.... " Oh ... I dont have a fixed opening or rest day one. I sometimes open and sometimes no open one. Random one. See how I feel one" What it means is that this hawker has already earned enuf and has enuf for retirement ler. So he can suka suka happy he open and not happy he dont open. Likewise, if I didnt start The Trading Floor, then I also can be like Bro Luzern and Bro Kendolah and the rest of the bros and siss... happy happy I come in to post and if feel lazy and dont feel like posting, I just quietly read and perch on the wall only. No need to must always make an appearance to post something. You had that carefree life actually when you were posting at The Trading Floor. Happy happy you come and post. Not happy you go cycling. But now boh siang leow. Now you open your own shop got rental to pay and other overheads to pay so feel lazy you also must everyday come in to open shop.  So now you know to be a towkay is not easy.

On Wall Street, the S& P 500 and Nasdaq hit record highs. &ldquo For capital markets, equities and bonds, this was a Goldilocks report,&rdquo said Darrell Cronk, chief investment officer at Wells Fargo wealth and investment management. &ldquo This was perfect. You have to open shop and keep serving kopi, teh and pre-packed nasi lemak or at least some red bean buns or kaya buns or biscuits sold by those mamashop type of drink stalls to keep your customers happy. You have to keep posting to let people know you are still in business. Otherwise just like a real food stall or drinks stall, if you suka suka open and suka suka dont open and one week open 1 or 2 days only and no fixed opening days but based on suka suka one, your regular customers when they come by one day you not open and then the next time they come by again on another day you also not open and some customers will try a 3rd time and if still not open then they will give up on your stall leow and stop coming. There is a very nice carrot cake stall in Redhill Hawker Centre. His stall used to be opened regularly. But of late, many times I noticed his stall was closed. Then one day when he was opened, I thought once and for all try to catch his schedule and so we asked him what are his opening hours and rest day. He said.... " Oh ... I dont have a fixed opening or rest day one. I sometimes open and sometimes no open one. Random one. See how I feel one" What it means is that this hawker has already earned enuf and has enuf for retirement ler. So he can suka suka happy he open and not happy he dont open. Likewise, if I didnt start The Trading Floor, then I also can be like Bro Luzern and Bro Kendolah and the rest of the bros and siss... happy happy I come in to post and if feel lazy and dont feel like posting, I just quietly read and perch on the wall only. No need to must always make an appearance to post something. You had that carefree life actually when you were posting at The Trading Floor. Happy happy you come and post. Not happy you go cycling. But now boh siang leow. Now you open your own shop got rental to pay and other overheads to pay so feel lazy you also must everyday come in to open shop.  So now you know to be a towkay is not easy.

It was notable that the ultra-large 15,000TEU containership order came from Seaspan, which is one of Yangzijiang' s oldest clients. We continue to believe that the containership upcycle appears sustainable as the number of containerships on order is at a 15-year low at only 302 in 2021 ytd vs 2005 when 900 of such ships were on order. A record year. Ytd order wins for YZJ now total US$5.59b for 100 vessels. Given that our previous order win expectation of US$5.5b - and one that we had considered a ' stretch target' in 1Q21 - has already been exceeded, we have upgraded our new order win expectation to US$6.5b for 2021 and US$4.0b for 2022 (previously US$3.5b). YZJ' s orderbook now stands at US$7.72b for 160 vessels. We believe that YZJ remains a compelling stock for this year as its valuations remain undemanding, with 2021 EV/EBITDA and P/B multiples of 5.6x and 0.7x respectively, a 2022 PEG ratio of 0.21 and net cash of S$0.47/share (or 33% of its current share price).
