Even SMRT took years to correct their shit and " culture" issue. You expect a 0.001 company to become 0.1 overnight? give some time lah.

Then in question 3, sgx queried about their internal auditor(Deloitte)' a findings because sgx wishes to find out more and to see what are possible lapses... I am sure Deloitte will be puzzled to about Ernst' s disclaimer of opinion. They will also wonder if they themselves missed out anything..
