Anybody received email from Lucid already? zzz..zzzz still need to pay admin fee to receive share....zzzz Registered shareholders who have received their shares of Noble Holdings from Lucid will be able to view the details of their shareholdings and initiate transfers electronically, subject to payment of certain administrative fees via a portal at: https://nghl.issuer-cloud.com

Clarksons, Allied Shipbroking and Banchero Costa all reported a deal in which Noble Group sold its 2013-built 92,800 dwt post-panamax bulker Ocean Topaz to Chinese buyers for $15m.

NOBLE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability)NOBLE GROUP ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT OFDISPUTES WITH PT ATLASNoble Group Holdings Limited (&ldquo NGHL&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries &ldquo Noble Group&rdquo ) refers to previous public disclosuresmade regarding disputes (&ldquo the Disputes&rdquo ) between(1) Noble Groupand (2) PT Atlas Resources Tbk (&ldquo PT Atlas&rdquo )and certain PT Atlas subsidiaries(together &ldquo Atlas Group&rdquo ).The Board of Directors of NGHLis pleased to announce that Noble Group and AtlasGroup(together &ldquo the Parties&rdquo ) have entered into a Master Settlement Deed under which theDisputes shall be fully and finally resolved.Pursuant to the Master Settlement Deed, the Parties have agreed that:1.After reconciling and setting off all claims that the Parties may have against each other(&ldquo Claims&rdquo ), an amount equivalent to US$113 millionin aggregate is owing from Atlas Group to Noble Group(&ldquo the Outstanding Amount&rdquo ).2.The Claims shall be resolved through the payment by Atlas (in cash or in kind) of an amount equivalent to US$40,680,000 (&ldquo the Settlement Sum&rdquo ) to NGHL in full and final settlement of the Outstanding Amount.3.The Settlement Sum is to be paid by way of US$20,340,000 in cash and US$20,340,000 by way of shares in theissued and paid up capitalof PT Atlas.4.The Settlement Sum is to be paid on a settlement date which is to be agreed between NGHL and PT Atlas, such date to be no later than 31 July 2019unless otherwise agreed (&ldquo the Settlement Date&rdquo ).5.Subject to payment of the Settlement Sum and the performance by the Parties of various other obligations on the Settlement Date, all Claims shall be fully and finally resolved.Noble Group Holdings Limited 24 June2019ooOoo | ||||
