I didnt say nico is worth a buy at this price, it is over value in p/e terms but i dont think it is worthless.. but the way u say nico is as though it is worthless, even though the results did show improvement than previous year.. the fact is that there are indeed big companies using its products, and it is not just talk only or empty promises like most other pennies.. whether it is going to continue accelerate its growth is another issue which we retailers wont be able to tell (just like investors pouring in money in beyond meat even though it is loss making, but investors are attracted to it cos of the market trend from consumers).. i dunno abt magnus, so i cannot comment on it but i think magnus is not able to deliver profit from whatever business direction they set.. but in any case, 99% of the time pennies wont be a multi bagger, so one have to be careful and be aware of the risk.. As mentioned earlier, the current price of high p/e valuation i feel, has already factor in nico' s prospect in 5G play.. with a shares outstanding of 5billion and meagre profit, it is not surprising nico is not giving out dividend.. if nico is going to give out its 200k profit as dividends, what this mean is a share holder with 100 lots (100k shares) is going to get 4 bucks in dividend.. i dont think that makes much of a sense to give lol.. in any case, nico has to continue improve its bottomline, otherwise all the hype in potential will not be fulfilled.. as nico should usually be one of the lowest value of in terms of cost contributor in the supply chain of a product, this means that it need to have bigger business volume from customers to make significant earnings..
