If investors treat AGT like a high yield 5-yr fixed deposit, $0.772 is very achievable, likely in less than 5 years. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	We have to be very clear what we are getting. Absolutely not the offered $0.772 per share. 97% of it only. That is $0.748. The $12.4m reserved sum which they initially wanted to siphon off, is not part of the deal.
