The aquisition is only the 23 floors of the service apartments (   strata tiles ) of the 92 storey building. Please read that there comes  with income support clause from UEM should rentals falls short. ( Its   often that the aquirer pays an upfront or higher price to seller , then what the seller can get ). Sounds like an Aussie flavoured deal not unlike buying a suburban house with guranteed rentals...... you decide ?
