x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think this stock wikll only go up in price if there is another interested party considering buying it. Otherwise stays below 50 c. At the moment, seems like take-it-or-leave-it attitide in accepting the cheap cheap offer price.

Want to be high-tech but become high manpower and high salary that kill it. FT don' t contribute anything but get highly-paid as the locals. So it speaks what kind of mgmt STAT have. It' s going to be the same as CSM and next should probably be NOL. SEMI-CON is slowing down and STATs need heavy CAPEX to move forward. Raise rights? Doubt anyone want it. It may have to delist once sold even if it keep their Taiwan subsidiary. Really pity shareholders who hold on to it.
