x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This stock is at almost a 5-year low at $3.49. Is it a bargain now? Or does the price reflect the dramatic changes in the telecommunications sector which the SingTel management have failed to fully address? In my less than 1 cent worth of opinion, I tend to lean on the latter. SingTel had ample time fend off new entrants to the local market. SingTel could have been more dynamic in overseas markets like Australia. SingTel could have done less outsourcing of customer service and technical personnel for the local market. Employee morale is depressed and evidently productivity drops. The SingTel management has lost touch, thinking they are still "Number 1". Time to get off their high horses and start earning their paychecks!!
