Seems like Genting is a drag on STI index If it does not benefit STI index , why still keep it in STI index Something is missing. Not efficiency nor productivity.....Non genting board of directors may have to advise. |

After Aloca was kicked out of DOW index, its share price move up 50% perhaps, it would be positive for Genting to moved out of STI index, it can move up , which is positive for Market Cap as well. Gaming Stocks in Macau all have over perform the market Indices and also treat the retail shareholders with more reasonable dividend policy Perhaps Genting Singapore could also list in HKSE as another option. At least the Casinos in Macau use HongKong as an ATM machine.....does it the Macau people ? |
