x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Dow rallied +338 pts last nite. Yet this fellow not only beh chau but gostan some more. Day Low at 0.885. Now 0.895 : 0.90. Like I said yesterday, we will see the 80s soon. This is typical of a weak stock. When Wall Street is UP,  it no up. Then when Wall Street is DOWN, it will drop even faster. On a day like today, many will be waiting and hoping for a bounce. So that they can cut into that bounce. I showed you all the chart yesterday. Any bounce which came by over the last 10 months.... people quickly sold into those bounce to seize the chance to sell higher. And this has happened so many times that people are not buying anymore whenever Dow rallies. Coz they have learnt their lesson that a bounce, if there is one, is not something to buy and hope to ride it up but is a window for those who have decided to cut, to sell higher. Whoever bought into the previous bounces all became trapped and themselves now have to hope for a bounce to cut. And we come to a point where nobody is buying anymore when Dow rallies. Becoz once bitten twice sibeh shy leow. End up no bounce at all. This is the classic price action of a weak stock.  My humble suggestion...and I mean you well when I say this is - cut at the best price you can get. If say from here, the broader market is rebounding from the recent selldown but Riverstone keeps trading lower and lower, then Bo Pian. Just cut and salvage what' s left of your capital before you lose more of it. If everyday lose 2 cts, after 1 week she would have lost 10 cts. And after 3 weeks, that will be 30 cts. This type of slowly drop...everyday drop a few cents.... is what I call the " slowly bleed to death" type of price action. Take care, guys.

The withdrawal limit has also been raised to RM10,000 (US$2,457), said Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz. Easily detectable. All it takes is some strong individuals to kick out these pests and force them to cover. Anyway, it's already very oversold and reporting season coming soon. We wl know whether this wl recover in due course Cheers

August Job Data was very disappointing. Economists expected 735,000 new jobs to be added to the US economy but actual new jobs created was less than half of the expectation. So some market watchers are hoping that this alone will tip the balance to make Powell defer tapering to the next FOMC Meeting in Nov. Powell did say job creation is one of the important considerations when deciding whether to start tapering.

You may well be factually right about the prospects of a company. But in the stock market, if only you and others like you, namely, retail players have faith in the management and/or prospects of a company, that alone is not going to be enough to move the stock price. What is needed is funds and/or institutions and/or many high net worth retail investors who together also believe in the management and prospects of a company to a point where they will put money in the stock. Only then will the stock price move. Whether you agree or not or whether you believe or not, it is an undeniable fact that : When hot money flows into a stock, that stock will fly. When hot money leaves, that stock will cry. Which is why when I give advice to newbies at my thread on what stocks to trade, I go straight to the point into what matters. I tell them - go where the money is. And the money is in stocks which move. UP or DOWN, it doesnt matter. So long as it moves and preferably move fast and move alot, up or down, you can trade it. And the stocks which move are those which have a monkey in the driver' s seat. Or stocks which find favours with many fund managers, institutions and high net worth retail investors. Unfortunately for the people who are stuck, Riverstone is not such a stock.  Like I said, you can disagree. Riverstone can bounce from time to time. Becoz UP od DOWN, stocks do not move in a straight line. When in an uptrend, there are pullbacks and corrections. When in a downtrend, there are rebounds. But any bounce which comes along will invariably be a dead cat bounce. Then down it goes again. So for those who have decided to cut and move on, a bounce, when it comes, is your window to cut higher. I wish I can say more positive things about Riverstone but her chart and price action tells me otherwise. Take care.
