I know some one in Signapore, whole life most of the time working as MD and GM, He is very good in talking, powerful english, but can not perform. After join company A for 2 years go to B company for another 2 years and so on.... Every year get 200 to 300K plus a Mercedes ......This is how the company operate here..... | ||||

Obviously, the CEO' s heart is not on share holders. Company make money or not is also not important, as long as CEO get huge compensation every year. Furthermore, he won' t know how long he can stay on...... This apply to those private company that after they IPO, the boss make money from the IPO and continue draw salary, they not interested company make money or not. Won' t be surprise some may set up another company to get the insider information......
