They only way out is that either they close some huge deals for their SDR and IDRS OR some white knight come in and take a stake in them. Seems like the government grants will also run out by end this year. They only thing going for them is that they have some really interesting products.

Years ago announced buying over a mineral mine in Africa for USD30m or so and the asset is valued around USD500 billion sending the share px rocketing. SGX never investigate.. i wonder why.. The share price rocketed after the annoucement from 5 cents to 25 cents, a lot of investors kana " cheated" by that annoucement. I wonder why SGX just allow them to anyhow make this type of take over annoucement with some fishy china company without investigating the company whether there are fraud involved becos the annoucement was a material annoucement and may be the work of some syndicate making false take over in order to gain from the rise in share price.
