x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	actually is more of set direction and guideline for people to follow only.. as long as case don' t surge out of control and social mental factor are being taken care of, then at least gov can move on to tackle other issue on hand... if many issues come all at once is just too much for any team to handle.  good that social panic are much lower now, and life can slowly resume back to normal.
