In effect, this was a sold-out launch with no new supply for the next three years. No business is 100% safe from downturns but I think NC is as good as it gets in this environment. PE has become very attractive too. Div is crappy but I like co that plough back  money to expand business. Low div is fine as long as co is growing. All in all, I will buy more of the shrs should it fall again esp after the new vessel announcement. Sure LOI is not as good as actual purchase and we' ll have to monitor if there are any purchase of the new ves. in the next few Qs Forget about the collapsing stock market, ebola etc. They are just short term noises and distractions. And as one forummer here wrote, volatility means opportunity. NC to me is going great guns, at least for now.
