Your scenarios should include the higher possibility of a negative or inconclusive outcome, both will be negative for the stock price of BWI. Already we are seeing good stocks being sold down in this selldown. The only positive outcome for BWI is privatization. And if so, wouldn' t it be in the best interest for the acquirors to let the share price go down as low as possible and then buy at a slight premium to whatever low price. What is low? Don' t know. Maybe $0.80, $0.10? It' s anyone' s guess.

China is still the largest market and can go other parts to cont their so call franchaise mode to make outrageous $$$. it just need to privatise whatever the outcome of the report. Based on how BWI have replied previously, anyone with common sense would predict the outcome to be unfavorable.  How much shares were shorted is pointless if the stock value is destroyed.
