No big fixed costs and perpetual maintenence fees revenue.. Company dun need to built so big transaction for fun, got to pay brokerage fees, Bb commissions... Aiyo... Sure got motive one lah. NAV 1.5 cents... but biz pouring in.. currently greater than equity, somemore sure has confirmed biz because of papa or uncle relationship... Just think out of so many companies.. why the govt. agency look for it.? So called guarantee collection. U think how much u price your biz..?.. assuming 3 times + shell... 6.5 cents liao... Next FS.. We call it a shell.. OEL.. the China man did not over paid for the shell.. even calculated 3 times the NAV.. why..? He saved the costs for listing.. and time.. auditor fees, prospectus, IPO placement fee. etc.. and also timing... buy shell.. change name, inject news biz.. We call RTO...

Preference shareholders basically take interest in the term of fixed % of return...
