all i can find is the following, there is another article released at 5am this morning but i do not have full access YUUZOO Corp is delaying its annual general meeting (AGM) - and the publication of its annual report - due to delays in the audit being carried out by RT, the social commerce company announced on Monday. Singapore-listed companies have four months after their financial years end to conduct an AGM. Yuuzoo, whose fiscal year ends on Dec 31, had missed its April 30 deadline and now expects to hold its AGM by May 30, 2017, instead. In response to a query by the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Yuuzoo said on Monday that its audit has been delayed as a result of " intense interaction" with RT during the audit. The company said it adopted significantly more conservative accounting policies in 2016 than in 2015 to make them " more conservative, more prudent and more supportable" to avoid facing the same issues that led its previous auditor, Moore Stephens, to withhold its opinion on the FY15 results. Moore Stephens in 2016 raised concerns about the way Yuuzoo valued its franchisees' shares, which the company receives as franchise fees, and S$17 million of receivables that were to be settled with equity. Moore Stephens declined to continue as Yuuzoo' s auditor after that. |

ok I am waiting with my buy over 0.08... it should happen once the audit results are out or the BT Journalist report comes out. Feeling like a zombie now... gotta take rest. Usually BT journalist used to type out quite early in the morning his reports. Today he is taking a bit longer.. maybe truth pinches to an extent or he must be busy with other things or busily typing out. will wait for another half an hour for an action packed news to hit the stands.

Yes boss I am waiting for the BT Journalist report... to be posted today. waiting to hear from the Horses mouth the real truth and the story. It is always easy to understand the 2 sides of a coin and clears the pictures.. But if the truth is spoken from the Horses mouth it carries more value and develops more trust that truth and justice still remains in our humanity to a large extent for the good will of all stakeholders cheers.

Apparently, Yuuzoo did tried a RTO with Alanco for listing in Nasdaq in 2011 but it was not successful for reasons mentioned in the case. If you are a real investors of Yuuzoo, you need to follow the case because the outcome of this case will be signifcant. If it turns out that Heckler was right, then it will spell the end of Yuuzoo and it will continue to reflect poorly (already poor because SGX welcomed so many S-chip in) in SGX DD in companies seeking for listing. DYDD.

somewhat casino type style too.. but I am surprise 15 million shorts in a price range of 0.005 cents hmmm some real punters who were leeching on investors and squeezing them tight to cough up their money. It is sad to see this happen again and again in the markets... It is risky to short at this level but intraday traders still take the risk of easy money sad but true this is the reality Yuuzoo was indeed a gambling den for many for the last so many months.

yeah bro some call it steriods, some call it short squeeze... some call it short covering and some say bears blown out of water. Actual fact if you see some greedy investors seeing rewards of infinite times on the top but limited downside below. would have risked some of his capital savings to grow it exponentially in the future would have bought small lots at bid price at 0.068 and 0.069 and it blew out the intraday shorters.. If the price goes to 0.07 few million will jump out again.. the same happens till 0.08 where shorts are still active as of today many more millions will fly out higher and higher when the price goes up 0.08 . I am not joking you can just wait outside the sidelines and see the fun. when the journalist posts the actual facts in todays business time you may see it happen with your own eyes Keep it always open wide wide wide.

the jump up in prices now i wonder how long will it last. like all you mentioned the write downs could be very possible. what i dont really get is how to be more conservative and supportable? does that mean past figures were super inflated? my own opinion DYODD |
