Comparing the 3 local banks on 3-month history - can be seen OCBC traded lower compared to the other 2 banks and hence also explained the strong support. Eg given on 24/4 and 25/5 when STI was around ~ 2514 DBS has increased to 19.47 whereas OCBC still considered cheap at 8.5x

Just adding to Tay' s reply, bro,... if you sell your shares ON and after the ExDate, you will still be entitled to the divvy payout. On the other end of the line, if you buy on the business day or mkt day before the ExDate, you will again be entitled to the divvy payout. I call this day as the LDTB - the Last Day To Buy.

Whatever actions US Dotard take is not going to b positive for HK ....at least short term / plus UK , Aus n Canada. N the proud ccp will reply ......so the war will continue . China may b supporting hk mkt or not is really a show......longer term is still about investment n actual business there. Good ppl alrdy left or leaving . My concern is out banks will b affected. That is a rubber stamp in CCP . is there any law that is not pass ....lol USA has alrdy remove special status of HK BEFORE the 3PM CHINA meeting . Now is the implementation .
