Assuming they have the resources to privatised  BWI in the first place, it would still be very unlikely to match market current price without haircuts. And no such thing as best world privatising itself with company assets, does not work that way. PwC rpt released b4 issuing AR Failing which, sigh, there shd then be announcements on further extension on releasing AR..... which may also mean longer suspension. i certainly hope not as no AGM -> no final dividend to be approved and paid out.

You can check with your broker to see what others are asking.
