A dump seller is just persistently dumping the share in a way that does not optimize his profit. He would just dump to clear out the buy queue even when he could queue to sell higher.

Hard to justify the fair value, like Geo Energy, with so low PE and net cash position, it also cannot perform well. In share market, it is operators who determine the market.

Looks like this counter is discounting at around the total dividend amount after offsetting from NAV. $1.39 - $0.25 = $1.14. Last close was $1.15. Anything above is a bonus. But will not be surprised if it goes back below $1.00 after ED. | ||||

Don' t forget 0.6 to 0.7 Nav is those shipping company with lots of debts. Samudera is in net cash position, sitting on tons of cash. Net cash per share is already 86 cts.

the NAV is 1.39. Shipping company usually trades around 0,6 to 0.7 NAV, means the price should be about $0.97.If XD today it would be $0.95 which is about right. Based on the generousity in dividends the past couple of years, should not suspect hanky panky. Right now seems manipulation which will be followed by accummulation. | ||||

Analysing from the past year since 2021, if 0.8 is their fair value after x-d, would that mean share buy back will commence around 1.05? Is that to say that it continue to fall till it reaches around that level before the mass will come back to nibble? What is your guess?.. | ||||

From the look of yesterday selldown, we have not witness any share buy-back by the management and would not be surprised all this was a real selldown and short sell by largely foreign broking houses. It also appears that the dividend of 0.25 may not be worth holding on any longer by the mass including instutions and they may continue to short or selldown till the day before x-d to ride on the bear. This price is rigged and as retail you can either hold and dont count the loss or would have cut yesterday and adopt a wait and see attitude till before x-d. Anyone can guess what price would be before x-d? And would you long for this dividends and hope that it will not gap down like that of DYNA?...LOL... | ||||

These figures from my understanding are never accurate. Only takes into consideration if you " click" or select it as a short sell. So again these figures reported are in my opinion another failed exercise and not accurate. Please correct me if i am wrong?
