x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I read in the annoucment,  ... will inject app. S$26.38 mil in cash, in exchange for a 60% shareholding in Tritech Vavie. And I was thinking they will inject the cash into Tritech share coz that day it open, gap up to 128/129 & closed @ 136. That' s why it come into my mind ! regarding the payment, they had announced The Company has no objection to the delay, so most likely they will get the payments - not an issue. As for BOT, not always have to terminate (its normal for many co. to terminate). Check past SGX annoucements, there are more actual than terminated contracts. It is already shown in the announcements that they need to pay at 10% discount on the share price (trading on 21 September) to the convertible loan interest payments as at 21 September (which is the half yearly interest payments) in shares to those 13 clowns. It was about 13 to 13.2 cents so 10% discount should be 11.6 to 11.8 cents. Once issued, those 13 clowns need to sell their shares to receive interest income in cash. What a way to make easy money doing long and short at the right time and trade both ways.

More shares issued = share dilution = dilutive nav and eps Anyway tritech has always been speculative. This kind of info no effect on it.
